Chinh, with Everything In Place Done Simply & Beautifully (EIPDSB), is exceptional. What started as a simple idea to decorate the wall behind my reception desk became a complete transformation of my salon and business.

I originally planned to install all 12 of my hanging wall plants behind the reception area (love so much ordered 12 more). Chinh suggested dispersing them throughout the salon instead, creating a more cohesive balance. His eye for detail increased the freshness, oasis feel without making it crowded or overdone.

He also transformed the wall into a more attractive and functional display area for customers to browse and choose their nail colors. The existing glass display cabinet had become cluttered and visually overwhelming, so he created a cleaner presentation that makes the color selections easier to see, compare, and choose. Rather than getting rid of the original glass display cabinet, he incorporated it underneath the new display shelves so it can serve as an overflow display.

Chinh is incredibly meticulous, careful, and thoughtful. He installed the new shelves and worked patiently with me to determine the layout, spacing, and placement. He listened to my input, measured and remeasured everything, and took the time to make sure every shelf was precisely spaced and perfectly leveled. The display is beautiful, functional, intentional, and easier for customers to navigate.

Chinh deep-cleaned as he organized! He removed and cleaned every ceiling light fixture, cleaned the windows inside and out, removed spider webs and insects from the exterior columns, meticulously wiped down the HVAC piping that runs the entire length of the salon and organized my laundry room.

He transformed my extra storage area from a difficult-to-access disaster into an organized, functional space where everything is visible, easy to find and accessible. He also fine-tuned our staff lunch area, creating a calmer, less cluttered environment where my team can relax and enjoy their breaks.
